Literacy Center Signs Free
Literacy Center Signs Free
*** Includes 3 sets - kids, winter, summer!***
I needed a way to quickly see what activity each student was completing during literacy workshop. I mounted them onto black cardstock and laminated them for durability.
These cards to hang on my closet door. The kids place their clothespin on the activity card to show what they are doing at the time. If they switch activities, then they switch their clothespin to the new card.
You can quickly hold your students accountable when they are off task. Simply look at the cards and remind them what they should be doing.
Since my admin always asks the students what they are doing and why they are doing it, I added the “I can” statements to help them respond. ;-)
At the beginning of the year, I do not offer all the choices. They are slowly introduced as I have taught the requirements and expectations.
I hope you enjoy these and find them helpful.
